Curlformers

Do you remember my hair post : doing curls without heat? I just bought something on the internet which is called “Curlformers“. So I bought a few single package than one big package, because like this I had more curlers for less money. For 20 curlers (4 wide ones and 16 long ones) and one hook I payed 37 €. And one package with 16 Curlers and 2 hooks cost around 50 euros.

 

How to do?
First, your hair has to be wet. You take the hook and put it through a curler.

Then you take a bit of your wet hair, put it in the hook and pull it in the curler. For my hair I needed 11 long curlers, and I have long and thick hair. You can take your dryer and dry them like this (if you need to go away) or your just let them in for a few hours, or you sleep on them, and then you just put them out.

And this is the result.

 

New in…

So here the promised clothes post. I searched for leggings with a sort of aztec design. I never found one that really pleased me, but this one is perfect. The shirts I bought go with the leggings. They are a bit longer, I really hate it to wear leggings with a short T shirt. I think a T-shirt should cover someone’s bottom ;)

I am absolutely in love with this bag. It was 69,90 and I got it for 39,90. Unfortunately, the bag itself is already heavy so I can’t take it for long university days…

Beauty Haul

After a lot of stress in school I just needed to do some shopping. So this is the result of my cosmetic purchases. My clothes will come tomorrow =)

So I bought:

• P2 drama mascara for 2,95
• P2 Sand polish for 1,95

• P2 blue metallic
• P2 nail  polish remover
• p2 anti bite
• garnier deodorant
• microcell 2000

2 Essie nail polishes. The coral one is called tart deco and the mint one turquoise and caicos. I don’t like the mint one, cause you need to do 3-4 coats for not seeing your natural nail anymore. And the color become really dark, and actually I wanted a clear mint color.

My grandma just gave me this set hand creams of The Body Shop (Cranberry joy, Vanilla bliss and Ginger sparkle). I like the smell of the ginger and cranberry cream. They dry really fast and your hands really look tended. They’re size is great to put them in your bag.

Review P2 Drama Lashes mascara

My loves mascara was empty (the p2 beauty inside volume mascara) and P2 has a new assortment of products, so I bought a new one: The drama lashes mascara. I really like the brush, it’s really big and has a lot of plastic hair.

February Likes

I know I’m a bit late for this, but I didn’t really had time the last days for this post. I present you some of my favorites products of february:
1. Paul Mitchel Shampoo and conditioner. They sent me this product so I can test it and I am really really satisfied. My hair looks great and I have the feeling that they look healthier. And I can not wash my hair for 5 days and they’re not faty (noooo don’t worry, I still take my body shower) ;) haha

2. Essie “nourrish me”. I think this will be a product I will like every month. It’s really good, but however you should ALWAYS do a break after wearing nailpolish. Because your nail cant’t breath while wearing polish.

3. My mascara. This one I could also present like everytime. I just love it :) (P2 beauty inside volume mascara) Already bought it 3 times.

4. Labello cherry and raspberry. They give both a touch of red and a touch of pink on your lips and I really like that.

5. Nivea lipbalm: perfect to wear before you go to sleep. Next morning : sooo soft lips ;)

6.Yves Rocher : “Reparation hair” Macadamia.

Catrice “Candy shock” LE

This Catrice LE will be available in every drugstore from april, may on. For more informations about the products, click on the picture.

I think both lip balms look really interesting, got to swatch them. The nail polishes are also great, love the colors. And I’m gonna buy a nail sugar pearls. I never had caviar nails before. I think the ones from Ciaté are way to expensive. So I’ll wait for this one. What do you think about this LE? =)

Wow, this LE looks really great. I love the colors of the eyeshadows and the nailpolishes. Can’t wait to swatch them. Hope the pigments are good.. And the lipglosses look also great. I am really excited. When I see them in the shop, I’ll post some swatches. what do you think about this LE?

So here is my first review of some products I tested:

• Lavera Eyeshadow
• Lavera handcream
• Lavera face mask
• MT Sapola Soap
• MT Sapola Sweet dream Body lotion
• Babor foundation

Lavera Eyeshadow

Conclusion:

I like the colors and it’s easy to work with them, but unfortunately the powder falls down very fast, so you have everything on your cheeks. The dark brown could be darker when you apply it (like in the holder). The product is not tested on animals and I think they only use natural products to produce it.

I never had a handcream before that was dry that fast. Seriously, this is incredible, I use a lot of creams and don’t like it when they need a lifetime to dry. So +++ for this =) I also like the result, if you use it a few days your hands are way softer. BUUUUT I don’t like the smell at all. On the cream stand Sheabutter and almond, but I think it doesn’t smell like that. But I can look over this when the product helps.

Lavera face mask:

Conclusion:

Personally I don’t like face masks that much. Yesterday I tried the purple one, but I didn’t feel the difference. The mask smells good and it is a bit sticky, like a mask should be. If my face was softer or not is difficult to say. The green one wasn’t used by me, I gave it to someone having a “unclean” skin. The smell of this one was awful, even after washing it away the smell was still on the face. The result was a bit better, but not that much.

MT Sapola Soap and Sweet dreams Body lotion

Conclusion:
Wow, this product is great. It smells like lemon (really wnat to bite in it) so fresh. When I tried the Babor foundation I used this soap for cleaning my face. Didn’t have to rub. It just went off like this. Thumbs up for this natural product. :)
The body lotion satisfied me as well. Even though the smell isn’t the one I appreciate (but I can live with it) it dries sooooo fast and isn’t sticky at all. And I have the feeling I slept better with it. When I was sick my mum always used a cream, which smelled similar , so I could sleep better.

Babor foundation

Conclusion:

Unfortunately this foundation wasn’t the right color for me so I tried it on and washed it off just after using it. (This is the problem for all the BB creams or foundations firms sent me, they are never the right color). You have to work very very fast with it, because it dries real fast, and once it’s dry you can’t spread it anymore. It has a beautiful mat finish and you don’t feel the foundation on your face. So if it had been the right color, this could be a product to use. (I admit I NEVER wear foundations, blush, make-up, bb creams or anything else, so yeah, it’s difficult to conclude this)

Need your opinion

Hey everyone.

I would like to know your opinion. I think about doing ombre hairs. Like you can see on the pictures my hair is dark blond. So my question: would you do the ombre darker (brown) or clearer (blond) ? I’ve got my preference, but I would like to know what you think about this? =) Here a few pictures so you can imagine what I mean.

Aderma vs. Clarins wash gel

I tested 2 of the products I’ve presented here. In fact I don’t want to compare, but those are similar products and it’s easier.

Clarins daily energizer cleansing gel

How to use? First you have to make your face wet and then you apply the gel on your face until you have some foam on it. And then you wash it of with water.
Smell: it’s quiet good or a washing gel.
Result: I think the result is great. Even though I had to rub to get away the eyeliner. After your skin feels really soft and clean.
Price: £12 for 75ml so around 14€ (you can get it here)

Aderma EXOMEGA  emollient cleansing gel

How to use? First you put the gel on your face, then you take a little water until you get some foam.
Smell: I like it.
Result: I think the result is great as well, you skin feels so soft after using the product.
Price: $23,90 for 500ml so around 18€ (you can get it here)

Conclusion: I think the Aderma gel has the same result than the Clarins one. They are both great, they are not burning on the skin or in the eyes. So thumbs up for both products.
